Become a Rescue diver today with Barefoot Scuba Divers

Want to be able to handle emergency situations or just want to feel more confident with your diving skills? Then the Rescue course is for you.

You must be a PADI Advanced diver (or equivalent) with decent diving skills by the start of the course. You also must have a current adult CPR and First AID card.

Minimum age: 15 years old (12 for PADI Junior Rescue Diver)
The Rescue Diver training takes place over 2 days, with all of our courses home self study must be completed by the 1st day of class. Your first day will consist of knowledge development curriculum followed by 10 confined water skills; and the 2nd day will cover 4 rescue scenarios while completing 2 Openwater shore dives.

Your 2 days do not need to be consecutive. We will always try to fit the course to YOU!

Upon advance request, transportation may be available from Waikiki and other locations. Beverages and a light snack are included on every diving excursion. All you need to bring is your sense of adventure!

As in all learning situations, signing up for a class does not mean automatic certification. Requisite skill level(s) will be required for completion of the course.
